This is a very nice lower condo in a great location. We just replaced the flooring with hard surface vinyl and the home was just painted, so it is very attractive. 2 large bedrooms and a large living area. The kitchen is a smaller galley style but very functional. There is a good sized patio in the back of the unit overlooking a common area. There is one covered parking space and ample open parking area.
