What size apartments do you offer?

We offer studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments.

We do not have any dog breed or size restrictions. For more information, please give us a call and speak with one of our leasing RentsBuddy!

Common Questions

Appointments are required on Mondays. Walk-ins are accepted on all other days.

We’re excited you want to apply! Simply visit our floor plans, select the apartment you’d like, and complete the online application.

Our application process is quick. Once all information is submitted, you can typically expect an answer within 72 hours.

Yes, we offer lease terms from 3 to 12 months. A $100 premium applies for leases between 3-6 months, and a $50 premium applies for leases between 7-11 months.

You can pay online through the Resident Portal, or in person with a cashier’s check or money order made payable to ReNew Odenton.

Yes, renter’s insurance is Not required. You can either have it covered through us for $10.95 per month, or purchase your own with a minimum of $100,000 in liability coverage.

To set up your electricity, contact BGE (Baltimore Gas and Electric).
